AimOnPoint.com provides information about OnPoint Range and its products, services, facilities, memberships, training opportunities, range activities, events, reservations, policies, and other offerings.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or use of the website by others.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, servers, or connected systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the website;

Use of this website, creation of an online account, or completion of a reservation does not by itself authorize an individual to enter or use the shooting range.

Customers and guests must satisfy all applicable requirements before participating in range activities.

OnPoint personnel may restrict or deny participation in a range activity when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, maintain safety, enforce OnPoint policies, or protect customers, employees, guests, or property.

All individuals using the range are responsible for following OnPoint’s Range Safety Rules and the instructions of OnPoint personnel, including Range Safety Officers.

3. Range Safety Waiver

Individuals participating in certain activities at OnPoint may be required to complete and maintain a valid Range Safety Waiver.

Additional requirements may apply to minors, including completion or authorization of required documentation by a parent or legal guardian.

Completion of an online waiver does not eliminate any other eligibility, identification, safety, or legal requirements that may apply at the facility.

The Range Safety Waiver is a separate agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and the terms of a properly executed Range Safety Waiver concerning participation in range activities, the applicable provisions of the Range Safety Waiver will control with respect to those activities.

4. Reservations

OnPoint may allow customers to make lane, class, event, or other reservations online.

Availability displayed online is subject to change. A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been successfully completed and confirmed through the applicable reservation system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation and for reviewing the date, time, service, party size, and other reservation details before completing the reservation.

Reservations may be subject to separate cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, refund, or other policies communicated during the reservation process or by OnPoint.

OnPoint reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, facility conditions, equipment issues, staffing, emergencies, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

5. Accounts and Customer Profiles

Certain services may require you to create an account or customer profile through OnPoint or a third-party service provider.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update that information when necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact OnPoint or the applicable service provider promptly.

6. Memberships

OnPoint memberships may be subject to separate membership agreements, pricing, billing terms, benefits, restrictions, cancellation requirements, renewal provisions, and other membership policies.

10. Firearm Sales, Transfers, and Regulated Activities

OnPoint will not complete a firearm transaction when doing so would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.

11. Firearm Rentals

Firearm rentals are subject to OnPoint’s applicable eligibility requirements, safety requirements, rental procedures, range rules, and staff approval.

Availability of a particular rental firearm is not guaranteed.

OnPoint may decline or discontinue a firearm rental when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, equipment condition, or violation of OnPoint policies.

12. SMS/Text Message Terms

If you provide your mobile telephone number and consent to receive text messages from OnPoint, you may receive SMS or other text communications relating to reservations, classes, memberships, events, account information, customer service, promotions, or other OnPoint services for which you have provided consent.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance or contact OnPoint directly.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be provided to service providers that assist OnPoint with delivering or supporting text-message communications, but only as necessary to perform those services on our behalf.
