These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AimOnPoint.com and the online services, information, features, and resources made available through or in connection with the website.
By accessing or using AimOnPoint.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website.
Certain OnPoint products, services, memberships, reservations, classes, range activities, firearm transactions, and other activities may be subject to additional agreements, policies, waivers, rules, or legal requirements. Those additional terms remain applicable and are not replaced by these Terms.

You may not:
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
Participation in activities at OnPoint Range is subject to OnPoint’s applicable range rules, safety requirements, eligibility requirements, staff instructions, and Range Safety Waiver.
Use of this website, creation of an online account, or completion of a reservation does not by itself authorize an individual to enter or use the shooting range.
Customers and guests must satisfy all applicable requirements before participating in range activities.
OnPoint personnel may restrict or deny participation in a range activity when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, maintain safety, enforce OnPoint policies, or protect customers, employees, guests, or property.
All individuals using the range are responsible for following OnPoint’s Range Safety Rules and the instructions of OnPoint personnel, including Range Safety Officers.
Individuals participating in certain activities at OnPoint may be required to complete and maintain a valid Range Safety Waiver.
Additional requirements may apply to minors, including completion or authorization of required documentation by a parent or legal guardian.
Completion of an online waiver does not eliminate any other eligibility, identification, safety, or legal requirements that may apply at the facility.
The Range Safety Waiver is a separate agreement. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and the terms of a properly executed Range Safety Waiver concerning participation in range activities, the applicable provisions of the Range Safety Waiver will control with respect to those activities.
OnPoint may allow customers to make lane, class, event, or other reservations online.
Availability displayed online is subject to change. A reservation is not guaranteed until it has been successfully completed and confirmed through the applicable reservation system.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making a reservation and for reviewing the date, time, service, party size, and other reservation details before completing the reservation.
Reservations may be subject to separate cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, refund, or other policies communicated during the reservation process or by OnPoint.
OnPoint reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, facility conditions, equipment issues, staffing, emergencies, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Certain services may require you to create an account or customer profile through OnPoint or a third-party service provider.
You agree to provide accurate and current information and to update that information when necessary.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact OnPoint or the applicable service provider promptly.
OnPoint memberships may be subject to separate membership agreements, pricing, billing terms, benefits, restrictions, cancellation requirements, renewal provisions, and other membership policies.

Membership benefits, availability, pricing, and program features may change from time to time subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.
Customers should review the specific terms presented when purchasing or enrolling in a membership.
Classes, training programs, competitions, events, and other scheduled activities may have separate eligibility requirements, prerequisites, rules, cancellation policies, refund policies, safety requirements, or participant agreements.
Registration through the website does not waive those requirements.
OnPoint may reschedule, modify, or cancel a class, training session, or event when reasonably necessary. When applicable, affected participants will be provided information regarding available rescheduling, credit, or refund options in accordance with the policy governing that activity.
Prices displayed on AimOnPoint.com are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, fees, deposits, or other charges may be added where required or disclosed during a transaction.
Payments made through third-party reservation or payment platforms may also be subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
Refund and cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the product or service purchased.
Reservations, classes, events, memberships, merchandise, special orders, firearm-related transactions, and other services may each be governed by different cancellation or refund requirements.
The policy presented in connection with the applicable purchase, reservation, membership, registration, or transaction will govern.
Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable cancellation and refund requirements before completing a transaction.
Firearm purchases, transfers, rentals, and other regulated activities are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
OnPoint may require identification, documentation, background checks, forms, waiting periods, approvals, or other procedures required by applicable law.
OnPoint will not complete a firearm transaction when doing so would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements.
Information on AimOnPoint.com concerning firearm laws, regulations, eligibility, transfers, or similar matters is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered legal advice.

When you use a third-party service, your use of that service may also be governed by the provider’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policy.
