Handgun 1

Whether you are starting from scratch or rebuilding and working on getting rid of old habits. Handgun 1 will cover the fundamentals of firearms safety, gun nomenclature, operation, marksmanship, fighting stances, emergency reloads and shooting standard responses (pairs).

This is the foundation of the OnPoint training program that all other modules built upon. Whether you have little to no shooting experience or have been shooting for decades, you will find this course beneficial. We guide you through the foundational elements of firearms safety, gun operation, marksmanship and gun handling in order to help you effectively hit your target. This foundation builds your confidence, reinforces safety and equips you with the fundamental skills needed for further training and development.

Handgun 2

It’s time to expand your skills and begin working on drawing from a holster, conducting tactical reloads, clearing basic malfunction from your gun and shooting non-standard responses.

Cost: $150.00

Length of Class: 4 Hours

Estimated Round Count: 160

Pre-Requisites: Successful completion of Handgun 1

 

Handgun 3

The dust is brushed off and it’s time to get after it! Taking what you’ve learned it’s time to challenge and test your skills. Handgun 3 will cover Type 3 malfunction clearances and gun failure drills, shooting from kneeling position, shooting with your non-dominant hand, techniques for low-light engagements, how to utilize cover and introduce new shooting drills to help you further improve everything you have learned.

Cost: $150.00

Length of Class: 4 Hours
