Located in Raleigh, North Carolina, OnPoint Range combines a modern, state-of-the-art facility with something just as important: a welcoming, approachable environment. Whether you’ve been shooting for decades or have never held a firearm before, our team is here to make sure you feel comfortable, supported and confident.
A Range Built for Everyone
New shooters are a big part of who we are. We understand that walking into a shooting range for the first time can feel intimidating, so we’ve worked hard to remove that barrier. From our free New Shooter Orientation to hands-on instruction and a team that’s always willing to answer questions, we want learning to shoot to feel approachable—not overwhelming.
Experienced shooters will find plenty here, too. Our 18-lane range features advanced target systems, integrated cameras, dynamic target turning, programmable drills and technology designed to make practice more engaging and effective. We offer private instruction, advanced firearms training, competitive shooting opportunities and the ability to continue building your skills as far as you’d like to take them.

Training and responsible firearm ownership are important parts of the OnPoint culture, but we also believe shooting should be fun.
You can come in to practice on your own, spend an afternoon with friends or family, take a class, work one-on-one with an instructor, participate in a shooting league, attend one of our events or simply try something you’ve never done before.
Our goal is to give people opportunities to keep learning, meet others and become part of a community—not simply rent a lane for an hour.
