There are no refunds unless OnPoint cancels a class or event.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
In the event you need to reschedule your event or class, please contact us at info@aimonpoint.com. Do not call the main number and leave a message with a staff member or a voicemail.
Rescheduling an event:
There is no rescheduling fee if done more than 48 hours before the event.
Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the start of the event will incur a rescheduling fee of $100.
There is no rescheduling the date of the event. You may only reschedule once.
Rescheduling a class:
There is no rescheduling fee if done at least seven days before the start of the class.
Requests to reschedule made within seven days of the start of the class will incur a rescheduling fee of $100.
You may only reschedule once.
