You have learned the basics of practical marksmanship and gun handling with your AR-15, and now it's time to pick up the pace! In this class you will learn to how to conduct speed and tactical reloads, as well as how to rapidly assume and engage proficiently from the kneeling position. You will also learn how to conduct routine maintenance to keep your AR running reliably. Drills will challenge you to apply all the skills learned in this class and those from previous training. By the time class is complete, you will have gained the confidence and ability to run your AR from the standing and kneeling positions, and hit targets accurately out to 50 yards.
Pre-requisite: Intro to AR-15 or similar course. Those people wishing to take the course without having taken Intro to AR-15 must first demonstrate understanding of the basic nomenclature, operation and zeroing process for an AR-15 to an OnPoint instructor.
